PILOT ACCESS & DEPLOYMENT PLANNING

A useful pilot has a clear operational question

ArmorX is currently offered through authorized pilot deployment. The first conversation should establish what your organization needs to accomplish, who will use the workspace and which information it is permitted to supply. That gives the deployment review a practical test: can the proposed workflow produce the record and review process your team needs?

THE SOFTWARE WORKFLOW

Purpose. Provenance.
Professional responsibility.

  1. 01

    Operations

  2. 02

  4. 04

    Audit

    Review the operational history

This explains the information model. Cross-product connections and live feeds have separate deployment requirements.

Describe the organization and workflow

State the kind of private-sector work involved, the people responsible and the point at which information becomes difficult to manage. A concise example is more useful than a request for every possible feature. Identify the reports, observations or assessments the pilot should connect and the next step that the completed record must support.

Agree access and information boundaries

Identify the organizational contact, the roles that need access and the person who approves membership. Describe the source permissions and any constraints on the material. Keep confidential incidents, credentials and personal case records out of the initial public inquiry. An authorized follow-up can establish an appropriate channel for material needed by the review.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW

A focused pilot is easier to evaluate

A team could ask to evaluate one authorized source-to-assessment workflow with a small group of named reviewers. The pilot discussion can then identify the source format, membership needs, review history and required handoff. A request for continuous feeds or external routing becomes an explicit additional requirement instead of an assumed part of the trial. This is a planning example, not an advertised fixed pilot package.

Example for explanation · not a live incident or customer case

Separate the foundation from new integrations

The retained software foundation supports manually supplied operational information and structured review. Live feeds, expanded media or forensic connections, and cross-product handoffs need their own implementation and verification. List these as explicit requirements so that the pilot can distinguish what is available from what would need further work.

Make acceptance criteria concrete

Agree a representative record, the review expected and the person who will assess the result. Confirm the deployment destination, access arrangements, support responsibility and any commercial terms directly with XGlobe. Preparing an inquiry does not create an account, reserve capacity, accept a contract or activate an operational service.

CURRENT AVAILABILITY · AUTHORIZED PILOT

A clear scope for the actual deployment.

ArmorX is private-sector operations software. The retained foundation uses manually supplied information. Live feeds, expanded media/forensic integrations and connected XShield/Tactical handoffs require further implementation and verification. Public site access does not grant workspace permissions.

REQUEST A PILOT REVIEW

Describe your ArmorX requirement.

Keep credentials, confidential incidents and private case records out of the initial inquiry.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

ArmorX · Access & deployment
Explained.

Practical scope, access and next steps.

Does this page create an ArmorX account?

No. It prepares a pilot inquiry for review. Access to an operational deployment is separately approved and provisioned.

Is an ordinary XGlobe login enough?

No. An organizational ArmorX deployment has its own authorization and membership requirements.

Are pilot pricing and release dates fixed here?

No public price, fixed deployment date or guaranteed capacity is established. Discuss the current scope and terms directly with XGlobe.

What happens when I prepare the inquiry?

The form creates a reviewable draft in your browser. You can download it or open your email application. It does not automatically send a message or create a support ticket.
